Just as an FYI -- we've been using Podcastgen - http://podcastgen.sourceforge.net/. It's been working pretty good. We have feed going so people can subscribe via iTunes/etc. I'd like to automate it even further and have the RSS feed trip a message to a mailing list and let people subsscribe/etc... via that method.
